  1. I have nominated you for the Versatile Blogger Award. You can read about this Award at craighill.net/2012/02/19/versatile-blogger-award-nomination/

  2. First, I should say congratulations for your well-deserved recognition, as I always enjoy your blog too. I also just noticed your note about the versatile award. I have never heard of the award, but thank you for the nomination. As for deserving the award, it seems a bit paradoxical, because in designing a blog prudence usually dictates focusing on one subject. For me, well I am probably a jack-of-all-trades, master of none. Yes, I am interested in too many subjects, and I suppose one subject would leave me a bit bored. So, in the end, maybe a somewhat ill designed format has its benefits. Anyway, and again, thank you for your nomination.

  3. Ulric, your blog was in my dream! You had 12 million hits!

    • Well, that is very kind of you to say so, especially that it was a dream rather than nightmare. Otherwise, I also wish that you will get 12 million or more hits. Again, thank you. 🙂

  4. Dear Ulric, I’ve been wondering what’s happened to you since you haven’t blogged in a month. Your wish for me kind of came true as I’ve recently been Freshly Pressed, although I havn’t nearly reached 12 million hits, thank god. But I really wanted to tell you about recent news regarding the fuel efficient stoves I worked on in Darfur that you showed some interest in and how a much improved metal version is being produced and distributed. I posted about it here http://wp.me/p2clok-jH. Hope all is well and that we’ll see you back here soon.
